Terms of Service

Welcome to the embodied AI data infrastructure and related services provided by Shenzhen Runxun Robotics Co., Ltd. ("we" or "CMRobot.Ai"). Before using our website and services, you (the "user" or "client") should carefully read and agree to these Terms of Service. Registering, submitting an inquiry, signing a contract or using our services is deemed to indicate that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Article 1. Services

Drawing on Runxun Group's more than 30 years of telecom experience and large-scale operations, CMRobot.Ai provides the following services:

1. Standardized data collection: High-quality real-world data delivered on demand across home and everyday living, office, public-service, retail and other scenes.

2. Hardware and data bundles: EGO professional capture devices (high-performance headsets), iPhone crowdsourced capture rigs (lightweight and compatible with multiple phones), and integrated end-to-end data delivery.

3. Hardware rental: Rental of our EGO capture devices with related technical support.

4. Professional capture personnel management: Professional teams for custom capture tasks and flexible capacity expansion.

5. Data processing and delivery: Preprocessing services covering image enhancement, depth processing, time synchronization, pose estimation, quality filtering and format normalization, with MCAP-format and standardized metadata outputs.

6. Platform and software support: Our capture management app and data production management system support task overviews, work-order-driven operations, online quality inspection and closed-loop management.

Article 2. Accounts and Inquiry Submissions

1. When submitting an online inquiry, you must ensure your name, company and contact details are truthful, accurate and complete.

2. You must not use this website or our services for activities that violate laws or regulations, infringe privacy or intellectual property rights. Clients must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using delivered data assets and bear compliance risks arising from their use of the data.

Article 3. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership (Key Provision)

1. Platform intellectual property: All CMRobot.Ai website content, including text, graphics, logos, software, hardware designs, SOPs, algorithms and models, our app and production management system, belongs to Shenzhen Runxun Robotics Co., Ltd. or its affiliates.

2. Data asset ownership:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the rights to use and ownership of raw data and training assets collected and processed for a client's commissioned project belong to the client after full payment of the related service fees.

We retain all rights in our capture hardware, including EGO headsets and iPhone rigs, processing algorithms and standardized formats, including MCAP and 6DoF trajectory outputs.

3. Client compliance commitment: Clients must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using delivered data assets to train foundation models or robots. We bear the corresponding responsibility for issues caused by violations in our capture processes.

Article 4. Privacy Protection

We take privacy seriously. For our data collection services, we strictly comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law and the CMRobot.Ai Privacy Policy. When capture involves sensitive information such as faces or voices, we require capture personnel or data subjects to sign informed-consent forms. During preprocessing, we perform de-identification and compliance reviews in accordance with our compliance quality standard.

Article 5. Fees, Delivery and Quality

1. Service fees, delivery standards, timelines and acceptance criteria are governed by the separately signed Data Collection and Delivery Contract or Hardware Rental Agreement.

2. We undertake to apply six-dimensional quality standards covering accuracy, completeness, consistency, synchronization, compliance and coverage, supported by closed-loop CAPA processes and AI-assisted quality inspection. Clients must raise objections to deliverables within the acceptance period specified in the contract.

Article 6. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential the other party's trade secrets, technical secrets, unpublished data assets and other confidential information obtained during cooperation. Such information must not be disclosed to a third party without the other party's written consent. This obligation survives termination of the services.

Article 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, governmental action or cyberattacks, but will make every effort to reduce losses.

2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from a client's use of, or inability to use, the services.

Article 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first seek to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before the People's Court of Luohu District, Shenzhen.
